Instant items arrive right after payment. Made-to-order services arrive by the deadline shown on the listing.
Confirm or report a problem
Confirm when you receive what was promised. Days to review delivery: 7. Without a dispute, the payment is then released automatically.
Disputes
Open a dispute from the order page before the release date. An administrator reviews the evidence from both parties and decides how to divide the funds. A dispute deducts 5.00 USDC from the order amount.
Rentals
Rentals renew every period with a new protected order. Automatic renewal is used only if you choose it; otherwise you renew yourself.
Security
Two-factor authentication is required before you add funds. Withdrawals and new withdrawal addresses ask for a fresh code, and new addresses wait 24 hours.
