The seller has not delivered
Wait until the delivery deadline shown on the order. After it, request cancellation from the order page: the seller has 48 hours to accept or open a dispute, otherwise you are refunded.
The delivery does not work
Do not confirm the order. Explain the problem in the order conversation and, if it is not solved, open a dispute before the release date.
When is my deposit credited?
After final confirmation on the network. The payment page shows each step and refreshes by itself while it waits.
I lost my authenticator app
Sign in with one of your recovery codes, then set up the new app from the Security page.
Why do new withdrawal addresses wait 24 hours?
If someone gains access to your account, the delay gives you time to notice and remove their address before any funds leave.

Someone asks me to pay outside kycbmarket
Never pay outside kycbmarket: payments made elsewhere are not protected by escrow. Report the listing from its page.
